For more extensive commercial renovation and redevelopment assistance, Huntley's TIF Policy was developed to aid those interested in understanding the TIF’s benefits. Downtown Facade Improvement Assistance Program Huntley offers financial assistance, up to the lesser of $20,000 or 50% of commercial building facade renovations costs incurred over a five year period (with not more than $10,000 in assistance provided in any one year).
