TRAFFIC COUNTS (ADT)


The completion of Route 47 in late 2011 has had a significant inpact on the increase in vehicles now using the roadway.  The April, 2012 average daily traffic (ADT) count reported that traffic at the southern end of the Rt. 47 cooridor increased to nearly 24,000 vehicles (an increase of 25%) since the 2009 IDOT study.

Drive times for the Huntley area are found below.  The center point of the study location begins at Route 47 and Kreutzer Road.  Please note, the statistics used in this data were gathered prior to the widening of IL Route 47 through the Village of Huntley and current actual conditions are likely higher than the demographic figures presented in these reports.
