For the second consecutive year, Huntley ranks FIRST in housing permits for 2012 in Chicago's Northwest Suburbs.  During 2012, the Huntley market reported construction of 471 units, a 125% increase in the nuber of new permits issue over that reported in 2011.  Since 2000, Huntley's population has grown from 5,730 to 24,291 residents (2010 US Census).





































 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



 

 



 

  

 

 

 

With over 8,000 permits issued since 2000, Huntley has ranked among the top five suburban Chicago communities in terms of new privately owned residential permits 7 of the last 9 years, and Huntley is the only community in the top 10 every year since 2000!
